The buildings consists of public covered spaces, tourist restaurants, visitor center and 4 administrative corner tower buildings for police, civil defense, Greater Amman Municipality Offices and Ministry of Tourism. The soft landscape stress the need for shade and color while at the same time using hardy plants with low maintenance requirements due to the heavy traffic expected.
