The choice of " Garden residence " as a name for the project implies the emphasis given to the design of the outer spaces as a key attraction factor for dwellers .

The design was carefully sketched so that the plants distribution does not abstract the district command of all dwelling units on the sea through panoramic windows of trees overlooking the sea from any spot in the project .
